i love the texture in this shot and the darker tones! a good example of how small we are in front of nature and some natural or man-made sites... I love your ethiopian shots for it is such an ignored and unknown country...

I love such shots, where it is difficult to understand landscape dimensions, but some "little" people help our eyes...
Lalibela must be such an interesting place!

THe scale is that for me gives this shot its extraordinary power, Swiatek. And these pink brown tones. Superbly seen.

ZAWSZE gdy widze takie zdjecie Swiatek, nie kompozycja,swiatlem czy kolorem sie zachwycam.
Pierwsza rzecz ktora przychodzimi do glowy...Ludzka praca!!! Etos ludzkiej pracy niemozliwy do pelnego zrozumienia. I pytanie: Dlaczego ??? Oto jeden z najbiedniejszych krajow swiata - Ethiopia. Przyczyna biedy? Jak w 99% takich samych przypadkow...Niewystarczajacy wklad ludzkiej pracy WSZYSTKICH mieszkancow tego rejonu w swoje wlasne przetrwanie. I oto gigantyczna praca tych ludzi wlozona w cos (naszym pojeciem) absolutnie zbednego. Nieproduktywnego. Przeciez modlic sie mozna w szalasie! Zaloze sie ze najblisza studnia byla kawal drogi. A wsciekly glod wyniszcza cale plemiona rok w rok.
Uff, rozgadalem sie za duzo. A przeciez to tylko zdjecie. Ale zagadalo do wyobrazni. Dawaj wiecej i wiecej takich, Nygusie.
