Hindu Temple

Situated not far from Mare aux Vacoas, is one of the two natural lakes of the island, in the crater of a dead volcano. It is also a site for pilgrimage for a majority of Mauritians of Hindu religion.

Hello Achim,
A fine capture of this lovely temple. The interesting sky makes a good backdrop to show off the pink and red tones of the structure. Very good clarity. The passing bird is a nice bonus.

Pretty nice sky as a backround enhancing the temple growing high above the ground. Very nice colorful details and I like to see a flying bird even if it's almost a blur. WS is an excellent complementar view in a less tight composition.

This colored temple is well presented under an attractive cloudy sky. The inclusion of the leaves embellished the image and I think, I would have clone out the metallic pole on the right, but that's a minor detail ;) The birds are a good addition to the image.

Personalmente avrei eliminato il palo, elemento di disturbo sulla destra.

This is a beautiful temple with wonderful detail. It stands majestically against a lovely sky. I prefer this to the one in the WS, which is great for the additional information. Maybe I would crop out the pole on the right.

hello Achim,
I think I would try to clone away the object on the right, even though I realise it's a rather big area (did you clone the wires?). but that's a minor point. the sky feels big and high, exactly how I like it. and the level of details is amazing, every single figurine is clearly defined. nice one :)

Hi Achim,

The point of view is showing the details and colors of the architecture of the temple. The view from the bottom to the top is giving perspective to the photo. The branches and the leaves are framing well the temple. The intensity of the light brings out the colors. Have a nice day.
