[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
One's day passes with the intent of selling many sausages. Sparks fly from the small coal stove and hot sausage is prepared. This is a normal active day along the back streets of Bangkok. Almost all streets with any pedestrian traffic and a relative population will host vendors. So many items and so many ways they are cooked. In this picture, one might imagine a small dog racing away with a string of sausage – in a happy gait – feeling good about pilfering the delicious meal.

Prof. Thomas,
Ah … E-sarn sausages, originated from North-east of Thailand. Because it is fermented, its has slight sour taste and must be taken with raw chilly, ginger and cabbage. If her lucky charm (orange and white with yellow ribbon - renewed every day) hanging above the stove is working well, she will take home about 60 to 70 US$ at the end of the day.
Good photo of everyday life in Bangkok.
Regards. AJ.
