Photographer’s Note

Hoy presento esta otra toma basada en los reflejos y en la arquitectura de la Avinguda Meritxell en Andorra la Vella.
Como en la foto anterior, el plano cerrado me permitió captar el bonito grafismo de los reflejos de un edificio sobre la fachada de otro. Este edificio está justo al lado del que se veia en mi anterior post.

La imagen me hizo pensar en una peonza girando rápidamente.

En WS una foto complementaria con un ángulo más abierto.

Today I present this another capture based on the reflections and on the architecture of Avinguda Meritxell in Andorra la Vella.
Like in the previous photo, the closed angle allowed me to catch the nice graphism of the reflections of a building over the frontage of other. This building is next to the one that was seen in my previous post.

The image made me think about a spinning-top turning quickly.

In WS a complementary photo with a wider angle.

I really like this graphical and shot. Your crop on this facade is very effective. Thanks to put a broad wiew in a WS, that helps to understand your pic.
You've done a great use of the lines and curves to obtain a strong impact.
The red S is very eyecatching, and perfectly placed. Well seen.

Il y a longtemps que je ne suis pas allé en Andorre, et je ne connais ce genre d'aspect de la ville. Excellente image du modernisme. Cadrage agréable et bonnes couleurs. Bravo.

hmm.. la primera fue "blue"... luego "red"... sera la proxima "white"? siguiendo el orden de la trilogia cinematografica. Nuevamente una bella abstraccion de la fachada que permite apreciar las lineas del diseño de los vitrales y los reflejos.

Il y a un joli graphisme dans cette image et effectivement le cadre noir est bien choisi pour faure ressortir l'ensemble. Une bonne contribution au modernisme des villes.

This is a splendid abstract image where reality and reflections are mixed together. The red S makes a really bold statement and is very eye catching. The WS is good too and is great for context.

Hola Josep, superb graphic image full of dynamism. Indeed, it seems that the ceiling is spinning around and the red 'S' seems to be the source of all energy. Or maybe it's just the sign that Superman left behind while flying with the speed of light ;-) Excellent work, including the complementar WS for context.

Un joli couip d'oeil et une belle composition graphique que tu as réussi là en utilisant cette vitrine d'un immeuble moderne. Le rouge donne évidemment une belle profoneur et surtout une belle luminosité à cette riche image.

Quelle sera la prochaine couleur !!! Tu nous fais une belle série chromatique, après le bleu, voilà un joli rouge avec des formes presques sensuelles... Une vue rapprochée de cette devanture bien mise en valeur jouant du graphisme et des reflets. Un bon et lumineux coup d'oeil, merci Josep.

Una interesante exploración de las formas y colores de los edificios y sus reflejos. Ele techo cónico hace pensar en rotación y el S le da un dinamismo en la vertical. Muy bien observada y captada!

começo pelo vermelho a cor do meu clube :)
Interessante esta série com dominantes de cor onde nesta a mistura de curva que nos mostras no reflexo cria um excelente impacto em conjunto com os tons vermelhos.
Os focos de ilumincação e o manequim completam bem este conjunto.

You're right...the shape is definitely of a spinning top. The big S in red draws the eye & thus the title of your image. The wider view in the WS is very good as well, but this I prefer more. You're building a theme of ‘Three colours’ reminiscent of master filmmaker Kieslowski's Trilogy of films by the same names...my favourite films!

As I have only read about Andorra I take a special interest in your pictures from that tiny state. Your architectural shot of the reflections is very interesting and full of details and great DOF. There is plenty of light and all color variations can be seen. Very nicely composed and executed. Well done.
