I get out of the tent...

The carpet is nothing but soft and deep moss...
The wind caresses me...
The silence dances in my ears...
The moutains and the glaciers salute me...
The pure and fresh air gets me drunk...

Hello Stephane,

What a beautiful place to set up camp and enjoy the solitude of nature. The image seem oe in the background but overall is very pretty. The tents create an interesting focal point and add life to this deserted area. Thanks :-)

photo qui témoigne des conditions météos difficiles même au coeur de l'été, mais aussi des lumières très dures avec les glaciers.
Et malgré ces mauvaises conditions, je suis toujours tenté.
Merci pour le partage de ces moments de magie au coeur de la nature.

I get out of the tent :))) This is the hard part when you tent in the cold but the location is fantastic. I just came back from a two day hiking thing with the company I work for and we were loding at approx. 2000 meters and you should have seen our faces when we realized that the rooms were not heated ... it was snowing a little when we left the place and started to walk ... Love the iolsation you give us with the two lonely tents but also the one additional color you have added with the red. Love your side note, as always, very special like this landscape. Barbara.

On est un peu à tes côtés à la fois grâce à ton texte très inspiré, et à la photo où l'on découvre l'endroit très impressionnant. Très bonne idée d'y faire apparaitre les tentes.

The 2 tents in the left mid distance add a superb focal point as well as symmetry. The snowcapped mountains make a superb backdrop. Good sharpness & light contrasts. Tfs!

Un cadre effectivement grandiose et un bivouac qui fait rêver!
Peut-être l'utilisation d'un filtre dégradé aurait-il permis de ne pas trop surrexposer le fond qui semble si magnifique

Perhaps it may be cold at night even in the summer months but I am sure you are well prepared for the eventuality of camping under this most dreamed of style for anybody fit enough to take such challenge. What can be better than late night view of the sky and the early morning rise to capture the best scenery here?

The pure white of snow at the far end is simply amazing, and which tells that maybe the temperature can be cold?

Very good TE post with this natural style of camping out. tfs

So far, upto this point your best Icelandic picture IMO. Raw rugged glacier engraved landscape with the low mountains in the BG, merging with the white sky. The tents are great eyecatchers.
