Photographer’s Note

In 1608, Samuel de Champlain arrived in "Kébec" (Algonquin word meaning "where the River narrows"), coming from Honfleur in France, and established the beginning of a permanent French presence in North America.

In 2008, Quebec City celebrated 400 years of its foundation.

Lots of tourists!

In a previous post, a view of the same place, the Petit Champlain, in Winter.

I hope you like it.
