Photographer’s Note
"Hit the road, Jack !
and don't you come back
no more no more no more no more..."
This must be the place where Jack hit the end of the road... I found his vehicle at the end of road 101 NW of Vancouver. The road follows the Strait of Georgia until it ends at Bliss Landing in Lund, and there is nothing before you besides forests, mountains, the ocean and islands...

quite a capture and I liked your caption too, but this looks like an abandoned vehicle from the depression years, and probably the driver went and drowned himself/ herself into the water.
neat capture..with all the greens

hello Paul,
very funny shot. Title is just adequate to this photograph. Where did you find this relic? Did you take it out of the lake and then took a photo?:) Great shot anyway.
warm regards

Hi Paul!
This one is excellent! I have been to lund I am pretty sure. This one is a classic. The amount of moss growing on the old truck is a record in itself. Well framed and composed, and excellent focus. Good work! Cheers,
Steve

Hilarious title and great story of this ancient relic. Crisp detail and good saturation on the photo. Taking the photo at the level of the flat tire definitely speaks to the end of the road. It's a classic backroads shot. Judy

Bonsoir Paul,
Bon WE,

Dag Paul,
Prettig weekend,
John.

Hi Paul,
what an interesting old vehicle on this road. Could be worth a
restauration..?
Fine low Pow and excellent sharpness. I love the patina on this old car and it probably would be even better with a softer light, but that`s only a minor detail. Well done !
Have a nice day
Boa
ps.if you find an old motorcycle too, please contact me :)

Hi Paul,
A very interesting choice of subject material; this abandoned truck covered with moss; it certainly evokes Lund for me. Although it looks like you caught Lund on a sunny day. Your great title drew me to open the photo,
Wishing you health, love & joy (HLJ) pat

Hello Paul:
Hello Friend:
It is a pity to find a truck in these conditions but I believe that the work he has done throughout his life has been extraordinary.
Nice framing and contrast, and the perfect title for the occasion.

Hello Paul, I remember the song, I liked it, I like this also, it looks as though it reached the end of it's road a long time ago, with all that moss over it I would say a very damp location with little sun shinning on it, but it has made for a very interesting & colourful shot. Nice clear shot with very natural looking colours.
Than you

Hallo Paul,

Yves.

Hello Paul
I live within an hour of this place and now am intrigued about what else may be available on this road. I think its very interesting to say the least what one can find in the remote places of British Columbia logging roads. Very nice photo although morning or evening light could have brought better saturation. But who is going to wait for that time of day for this kind of photo. The truck is long dead. Thanks for sharing.

Bonjour Paul.
