Photographer’s Note
This once-proud tree now lies deceased and exposed to the harsh Australian elements of sun, heat, wind and salt in a small backwater lagoon, near the mouth of the Serpentine River and the Peel Inlet, Mandurah, WA.

Hello mate,
Now that's what I'd call a still life, beautiful sharp image.
Your new home has some choice pickings for a chap with a keen eye such as yourself.
Composition and POV are both spot-on, good work.
Did you have a go at grading out the blues in the foreground shadow???
I did a little workshop, bit rough I've got builders here, went a bit too light in the sky, not sure if it looks any better though.
Best regards
Pete

Hello Jeff,
Interesting Medussa you show us here. The deadwood does give this image an interesting subject. Is always good to see deadwood beached on the sand. It make our imaginations play tricks on us, at least big babies like me ;-) Thanks Jeff :-)
