Hi Mohammad and welcome to TrekEarth;

The previous image you posted of yourself along with your 'Porfessional Certificate' will be removed as it breaks the TrekEarth TOS. Those types of images belong on TrekLens or you can add them as workshops to images such as this.
This imageis not bad, but somehting they should have taught you in your 'professional photo course' is that for shots such as this, it's key that the horizon is level- this one really could benefit from a counter clockwise rotation.
Otherwise, tonal levels are good as are the colors. The pier leads the eye into the shot nicel.
