Photographer’s Note

João Luiz Ferreira Bridge, better known as Metallic Bridge, was built in 1938, and allowed Teresina to be served by railway lines. It was projected by a German engineer and has its structure in iron, as many American and European rail bridges of the last years of the nineteenth century and early twentieth century. One of the symbols of Teresina, it offers a beautiful sight of sunset over Parnaíba River.
"Black Water" (Patrick Simmons) is a song by the American music group The Doobie Brothers for the 1974 album "What Were Once Vices Are Now Habits" (Warner).

"Black Water" (Patrick Simmons) é um clássico do rock da banda americana The Doobie Brothers, do álbum "What Were Once Vices Are Now Habits" (Warner), de 1974.
