Photographer’s Note

During the trek Ollero-Chavin in the cordillera Blanca at about 3000 mt. above sea level I could see this wonderfull landscape after a storm that left behind its rainbow, I just had to point and shot..I used a slidefilm .

bellissimi i contrasti dati dall'alta quota e dalla luce forte. Bellissima anche senza arcobaleno. Con e' veramente speciale

Hello Frederico,

I like a lot this kind of lightning we are often lucky to observ in mountain. Here, the effect is increased by the dry grass reflecting well the light.
In bonus, we have the rainbow. Perhaps the contrast is too high but the dark mountains in background increased the contrast.
Not easy to scan properly slides, it is well done here.
