Photographer’s Note

El Hombre Danzante is a predominant figure in the Toro Muerto's petroglyfes, the prototype of the "danzante" ( man dancing) in Toro Muerto is a body designed in a zig-zag shape, with a rectangular masque, sometimes with lines representing tears on it.
Some archeologist think that these tears represent the desire of rain and water, infact in this desertic coastal area it didn't rain for about 4 centuries, from 1000 A.D. until 1365 A.D. when the "nino" fenomen brought storms and rains.
