It rained at night! Would it be raining the whole day?! Woke up very early in the morning! Got myself dressed for one of the GREATEST DAYS in my life! Went to the bus station! It was dark but not raining anymore! That was good and fortunate! It was sort of cold! Got one of the first buses up to the RUINS! As I entered the gates, the first sun beams would come up from behind the giant mountains around! FIAT LUX ! The stage was ready and the show began!
THIS PICTURE IS TO CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY TODAY - 44 YEARS OLD!
HOJE É MEU ANIVERSÁRIO ! FAÇO 44 ANOS ! SÓ TENHO A AGRADECER !

Congratulations Ney, I can honestly say I wish I was that age again... as for you photo I love it like all the others from this magical place I have yet to visit, colors are great, detail seems a bit over sharpened but since I am not looking at the original that is just a guess. Your work gives us a feel for what it is like to be there, not just see it from a far, great work.

Hey Ney,
Classic, but with well managed colors, bright and sharp. Perhaps the perspective is a bit different than most from Macho Pichu, so thats good too.
Best regards.

Valeu!

Hello Ney,
I like this point of view and the composition of your picture. It is original, compare to the classical view taken from Inti Punku.
You were lucky : there is almost nobody on your picture !

Hi Ney, Happy birthday to you! You are a young guy. Beautiful photo from the magical place. The same was with me. It was raining all the day before and in the nighr. Earluy in the morning it was still raing. My friends prefer to sleep longer, but I was thinking: I was dreaming so many years about Machu Picchu, I would not not care about rain, so I left my friends and with the first bus I went. Up there it was quite empty. It was really the town in clouds. I will never forget this view. A bit later we had good weather.
Warm regards

Hello Neyvan
A place I would love to visit one day. Good choice of a vertical frame & superb colour, sharpness & contrast. The blue, pyramid shaped peak, in the bg, contrasts well, with the yellow green fg grass. Tfs!

Hello Ney,
Splendid composition of these world famous ruins. The vertical format suits perfectly; whilst the eyes travel naturally across the ruined buildings in a diagonal towards that iconic peak. Superb sharpness throughout.

Hi Neyvan,
The point of view takes our eyes toward the mountain in the background which is giving depth to the photo. it is also allowing us to see the details and colors of the village. The subject is well frame. The good luminosity is enhancing the colors. Have a nice day.
