I thought the fury had calmed down and the murky waters were disolved, but it seems very quiet here, I wonder........its a real shame that we have lost a few good people.

I fully support the emphasis on copyright. There is no better way to state that right than on a photo like this one, it conveys the message across very LOUDLY and CLEARLY.

And I would like to post some useful information soon about the key issue that is at heart to all of us, either in my profile, on my photo post or in the forum, whichever is most appropriate and convenient.

As to your photo, I also note this guy is watching the photographer albeit with dark sunglasses on. You will also be aware that should you become a world famous [maybe already one!] and this guy denies you the right to publish this photo, a model release form is needed :) but he looks to me like he has already given you consent to click this photo although he might not have agreed that you can PUBLISH it anywhere in any form.

I have supported both the posts of fanni and pixelterror on copyright issue. And now I support this one.

p/s I have deleted all photos on TN except one which is a dedication to a friend and I shall leave that on. But I have stopped posting there.

Ik wil daarvoor zeker twee punten geven omdat u duidelijk steld waar de regels liggen.
Eigen werk blijft beschermd, maar van mijn foto's moeten ze toch niets hebben, ik zal daar geen last van hebben, Vlaanderen is geen fotoland.

That's a clear point to every members out there. I'm aware of the copyright issues behind this site and I have considered other sites to post as well with better terms and conditions.
