Photographer’s Note

English version:

Why do men always look somewhere else?
The city is maybe full of pretty girls but, what about the one on your side, dude?! She seems so romantic with her pendant "LOVE" around her neck!

A daily life scene in the streets of Aix-en-Provence, where the winter did not yet show up at mid-October.

Version française:

Pourquoi les hommes regardent-ils toujours ailleurs? La ville est peut-être pleine de jolies filles mais, et alors, celle à tes côtés, mec?!
Elle semble si romantique avec son pendantif "LOVE" autour du cou!

Une scène de vie quotidienne dans les rues d'Aix-en-Provence, où l'hiver n'est pas encore apparu à mi-octobre.

Dédiée à tapdur qui trouvera une bonne raison pleine d'humour pour justifier ma dédicace... et aura peut-être une réponse tordante (mais qui ne donne pas le torticoli)!

Et bien, qu y a t il a lui reprocher, il regardait la vitrine du fleuriste (malheureusement hors champs), pour voir a lui offrir une belle composition. N est ce pas louable ;-)

meuh non.... il est en train de dire à toute la terrasse qu'il est fier d'être en sa compagnie. Pourquoi irait-il regarder ailleurs sinon ? En tout cas j'aime beaucoup la lumière sur ces deux jeunes gens.

Décidément, cette série consacrée à la sociologie (voir même ethnologie) de la vie quotidienne dans les rues d'Aix (mais cela pourrait être ailleurs) me plaît de + en +.
L'association que tu fais de la photo et du commentaire est saignante!
Bon, moi, si mon grand âge me donne le droit à la parole, je lui conseille de se tirer tout de suite!

Il ne regarde pas d'autres filles! Il regarde en l'air une statue à l'angle de la rue, une enseigne de resto pour l'inviter plus tard, l'adresse d'un magasin de fringues....
Et ce n'est pas pratique de regarder quelqu'un marchant à côté de soi, il vaut mieux être en face à face...à la terrasse d'un café sur le cours Mirabeau.....

J'aime beaucoup cette photo et le message que tu veux faire passer. Pour moi la réalité c'est que "ce n'est pas parce que l'on est au régime que l'on ne doit pas regarder le menu". Cette philosophie s'oppose à " Regarder ce que l'on a chez soi". Néanmoins je "lis" ici la photo différemment. Je lis "Chasse gardée. Pas touche !"

The subject and title is so interesting in this one. Photography is everything about this sense that you have created. Putting aside the center position of the couple here, the expression on the girl is quite amazing with a slight head tilt and the man's head turning back.

For that, I think you have done a good moment's capture, whether they are stranger or known to you. The warm color tone here helps to bring a good mood.

Marine, if I asnwer this then I say that men are greedy, they like more then one but many socities have restrictions about having more then one so he's fulfilling his not desire but may say instinct..
I have oserved that female members get more comments or critique on their photos then men, why?
I say you're in France and you're beautiful :)

Le titre orient à merveille la lecture de la photo. d'ailleurs, même sans lui je pense que l'on aurait naturellement penché vers une telle interprétation. On a en effet une impression de légère lassitude sur le visage de la jeune femme. Tu as vraiment su jaillir au bon moment avec ton appareil.
Là où je suis un peu plus réservé, c'est en ce qui concerne la prolifération de couleurs chaudes. Elles sont séduisantes sur la peu de la jeune femme mais l'impact est amenuisé par le fait qu'elles sont aussi largement présentes à l'arrière plan. Peut-être un N&B classique aurait pu être un bon compromis. Tiens, pour comparer je ne peux m'empêcher de faire un WS, ça faisait longtemps.
