I rotated the image 0.4° clockwise. I also increased the contrast and the vibrance of the colors slightly. Finally, I reduced the noise in two steps. There is no dramatic improvement, but the water is now level.

I took the liberty of doing a WS to bring out a little more detail in the vegetation. Firstly I duplicated the original layer then I drew a mask around the lake view and inverted it so that I was working in the outer edges. I then feathered it by 50 pixels and added an adjustment layer where I adjusted the midtones from 1.00 to 1.80 which added a bit of detail to the leaves.

Just adjusted the colors a bit: a lot less red, a little bit more yellow.

Hi Claudia: Such an interesting picture and subject. You were very lucky indeed. I though it would benefit form a little more contrast to bring the subject out into the forefront from the textured wall. I played with levels and increased contrast a bit before sharpening to gain some definition. Hope you like it!

This is only an experiment of this beautiful photo..May be the output is not good/bad...want to share with you..Let me know your views..
1. Selected the top portion in PS using Rectangular Marquee Tool.
2. Changed to black wsing Paintbrush Tool.
3. Using History brush tool remove the black portions from the top of the baloon
4. Same thing applied for the left side of the photo.
5. Added a thin frame.
